Shipping policy

PLEASE READ!!

Christmas Cut Off Dates:

Our last LOCAL DELIVERY date will be December 22nd. To have your order packaged and delivered by then, please place your order before Wednesday December 16th at 11:59pm 

Our last CURBSIDE pick up date will be December 24th between 10am to 4pm. In order to have you order packaged and ready for this date, please place your order before Friday December 18th at 11:59pm.
*Any orders being shipped with Canada Post will still be mailed out, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates at this time.
**Please note that any "made to order" items or out of stock product (which happens due to technological glitches sometimes) will NOT be guaranteed. We will contact you ASAP should that occur.
***All orders placed after December 18th will be processed after December 28th.

We offer a $10 flat fee for all deliveries within Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert only. Please pick local delivery at check-out.

PROCESSING TIMES

The processing time depends on the day and can be up to 3 to 7 days during busy times. Processing time does not include the shipping time, it is just the time to get your order packed up and ready for you to pick up or be shipped. In most case scenarios processing time is 24 hours (during open times, keep in mind we close on Statutory Holidays).

IN STORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP

When you select in store pickup you must wait until you have received an email notification notifying you that your order is ready. We try our best to get to in store pickups as soon as possible but in the off chance that inventory is off (which does happen) we want to let you know of any discrepancies before you take the time out of your day to come to the store to pick up your items. 

In store pickups = Curbside pickup. If you are more comfortable not coming in the store, just call us upon arrival and we will run your order out to you. 

*Orders must be picked up within two weeks. Orders not picked up with not be refunded.

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

From time to time on the website it will say we have something in stock and when we go to fulfill your order it may be out of stock. In this situation we will contact you right away to find a replacement or to notify you when a restock can be expected. Worst case scenario we will refund you for that item. Unfortunately this is an issue that can happen and although we try our best to ensure our website is always up to date, there is always a chance it could happen. If this situation occurs we try our best to let you know as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

When you opt for shipping it is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct shipping address, once a package is out for delivery we are unable to interrupt the package. Shipping is completed after our regular processing time (up to 7 days) and shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. You can refer to Canada Post for more details on shipping times. Please note that during the holidays, shipping delays may occur and it is out of our hands how long it may take. We apologize in advance.
